Mart Ratassepp is an Estonian cinematographer known for his visually rich and emotionally nuanced storytelling across film, television, and commercial work. A member of the Estonian Society of Cinematographers (ESC), his credits include Dearest Sister (2016), Virago (2019), Last Sentinel (2023), Netflix’s Do Patti (2024), and the historical drama series Von Fock (2025).

His work has screened at major international festivals including TIFF, Sitges, Fantastic Fest, the Warsaw Film Festival, PÖFF – Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, and HollyShorts Film Festival. Virago was awarded the Grand Prix for Short Films at the Busan International Film Festival.

In addition to narrative projects, Mart has shot campaigns for global brands including Apple, LEGO, Volkswagen, Škoda, Telia, Elisa, Synlab etc…

Based in Tallinn, he brings a cinematic eye and a deep narrative sensitivity to every project he takes on.
